Hyper Micro Holes Software

LOTO-eng developed an Hiper Micro Holes software that  contains many powerful features that make it even easier to and more fun to work with his Spark Eroder Machine. Throughout an easy control panel you can see all the features necessary to control the hole and give potentiality to have success.

The managing software is equipped with a panel for the video output of the camera, so that the operator can control the alignment of the main components, tip and gasket, and visualize the finished work.

The sample can be illuminated, for visual quality inspection, by using a LED source placed on the camera.

How it works?

Hiper Micro Holes Software provides to control cycle to our spark eroder machine designed to dig a precise micro holes to support scientific research in high pressure field.

The EDM machine use an owner and interactive software for managing the advance of the tip, controlling the level of discharge. Thanks to the feedback circuit, the tip is kept upon the gasket, at the right distance, until the whole drilling process is complete. The user can easily monitor the whole process thanks to a camera placed below the working area, that sends the images to the managing software.The software permit to control the tip (tungsten wire from 50-to 400 microns) during the process. Moreover the software control the alignment fase very important to have success during the gasket preparation.
