Diamond anvil cell with large access angle
The BX9-L00 Diamond Anvil Cell possesses a large access angle with pressure generated by screws.
The cell is based on a reliable piston-cylinder design. It is provided with a symmetrical conical opening on both sides, suitable for powder and single-crystal X-ray diffraction and also for Raman spectroscopy. The BX9-L00 DAC has a 90 degree wide conical opening on both sides.
The piston-cylinder design, simple and reliable, permits a mechanical stability under high mechanical loads. Four screws, provided with conical spring washers, are used to increase the pressure. This pressure adjusting can be obtained without dismounting the cell from a holder.
