DAC cell IR Microscopy use
Diamond Anvil Cells are among the most powerful tools employed in High-Pressure research. They allow to attain static pressures up to several hundreds kilobars by compression of small volume samples.
The DAC cell by screw flange is a direct drive pressure system which transmits force to the diamond anvil's seats to generate high pressure on the sample put in a hydrostatic volume. A belleville spring allows the pressure control. The force is generate by a key that works on the screw flange. The device allows to control / calibrate force by Belleville spring data
