DAC cell and the symmetrical open angles
The diamond anvil cell is the most versatile pressure device generating force on a sample that can be investigate by the optical transparency of diamonds.
The Symmetric DAC cell 90° is a diamond anvil cell for high pressure study up to 50 GPa. The pressure depends from the diamond culet size.
The device works by a screw driven mechanism. Two left handed and two right handed screws.
Furthermore the cell is realized with a symmetrical total conical aperture of 90°. It also has two lateral access holes.
